One of the most frequent questions besides whether we own a restaurant or not (we don’t), is “How do I stay in touch and/or get involved?”. As we’ve evolved over the years from one-off catering to seasonal pop-ups and even food writing, our “crew” and ways to get involved have also changed. The easiest way is to know what’s cooking is to:

You can also get involved if:

  • …you can hold a knife and boil water, you can help us at a pop-up as a cook/server/etc.

  • …you have a unique topic around food, you can collaborate with Paolo on a blog piece and/or podcast episode (Check out our “Words & Sounds” page HERE).

  • …you have an event idea that involves food but aren’t sure where to begin, we can brainstorm together.

  • …you have your own side hustle (musician, photographer, etc.) and need some good fodder, come work with us!
