I've always loved cooking, so even if I moved from Manila to New York City to get my MBA, I went to culinary school at the same time. Attending chef's training in the daytime and powering through business school at night was a crazy idea. Going to cooking school taught me a lot but also made me realise how much more there is to discover about food. I met Paolo and Ricky by chance during one of Hidden Apron's early pop-up dinners and have since joined this merry band of cooks.
